Do you provide transportation to and from the launch?
Due to our team size, we are unable to offer transportation to and from our launch site for now.
Can I book for any day of the week?
We book our tours according to availability. We ask that you call or email with preferred dates so that our team can arrange the best time for your tour.
How many people can ride on a tour?
A maximum of 6 passengers per tour. We require a minimum of 2 to book a tour.
Do you provide food or drinks?
We provide ice and water for our guest. You are welcome to bring any drinks or food that you would like while on the tour.
Is this an ECO-Friendly tour?
Absolutely! We are 100% mindful of the swamps Eco-system and do our best to show the true beauty of the area. No wildlife will be fed during the tour. It is important to leave the area in the same condition in which we arrived so we do everything to respect the natural environment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that our guest cancel with a 24 hour notice in order to receive a full refund. In the event of bad weather with lightning we will cancel the trip for our passengers safety and will give a full refund.
